Our range currently includes a variety of salted fish & fillets (anchovies, sardines,
mackerels), smoked fish & fillets (mackerels, herrings), which come from the company Kalloni
in Xanthi Greece.
We also sell wet salted cod, ling & fillets and tarama products.
Kalloni is one of the most famous brands around the world. The company's three factories are
built to the most rigorous European standards and their equipment is the very latest in food
technology. The factories cover a total surface area of 16.000 square metres.
Automated production lines and machinery respond efficiently to the need for larger quantities
and quality.The fully equipped quality control section employs the internationally respected
HACCP system. The Kalloni factories currently employ no fewer than 250 individuals. Kalloni
SA was the first company in its field which has been awarded the Quality Assurance Certificate
EN ISO 9002.
Our cod and ling is sourced from the best available sources in Iceland and Norway, having
regard to decreasing availability and quotas for these fish. Our products are all wet salted.
